An official sworn translator (Penerjemah Tersumpah) is a certified language professional who has passed the rigorous qualification examinations and has been officially sworn in by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkumham). Their translations carry full legal weight and are formally accepted by embassies, government ministries, courts, and international corporations.
Every sworn translation is certified with the translator's official wet seal, authorized signature, registration number, and an official Certificate of Accuracy, confirming that the translation is a true and accurate rendering of the original source document.
